Conservative
- radioactive iodine
- thyroid replacement (lower TSH, prevent tumour growth stimulation)
Surgical:
- total thyroidectomy (most ideat, try to leave parathyroids)
- near total thyroidectomy
- hemi thyroidectomy (if confirned to one lobe)
- neck dissection
