posterior triangle - post SCM to ant trapezius to clavicle

• deep cervical chain - int jugular vein
• occipital
• superficial cervical - ext jugular vein
• pre-tracheal

• infection
• simple
• TB
• malignancy
• metastatic
• NPC common in locality
• primary
• lymphoma

Completion:

• examine head and scalp, oral cavity
• panendoscopy
