Inspection:

• fixed flexion contracture of 4th and 5th digits
• nodular thickening
• associated surgical scars
• muscle wasting - disuse atrophy
• normal sensation

• Diabetes
• Epileptic medications
• Alcohol
• Family Hx
• Epilepsy
• Smoking
• Trauma
• Peyronies disease
• AIDS
• Idiopathic
• Liver disease - alcoholic
