• pupra
• excoriation marks
• spider naevi
• gynaecomastia
• ascites
• oedema

Look for cause:

• primary abd malignancy
• 
  

Cx:

• portal HT
• splenomegaly
• caput medusae

Ix:

• USG
• ERCP

Mx:

• treat underlying cause
• diversion
• stent
• Percutaneous Transhepatic Biliary Drain
